I've drawn from a lot of different influences over the years, my earliest influences when I first started writing were the Beatles and Elton John. Back then it was just me, a piano and a cheap tape recorder. As I grew as a musician I started listening to other musicians and learned how to play guitar and bass. Styx, RUSH, Queen, David Bowie, AC/DC, Marillion have all been influences, but the list does not end there. The way I recorded changed quite a bit over the years too. Some of these tracks were recorded on a Zoom PS-02, some on a Zoom PS-04, some on computer and one song, Running, was actually completely created on an original Playstation using MTV Music Generator. Unfortunately, some of the tracks did get saved on lower quality settings, but these were the best quality I could find. When I first started writing music I thought it would be my career, but over the years it has become a hobby. I enjoy playing my music and recording, but I still want the songs to be heard and enjoyed by others. Overall, I do believe this is a good collection of instrumental songs to represent the direction I feel like my music is taking.
