about

This is the oldest track on this EP. It was written in 1987. At the time I thought it was the best song I had written. I even played it at a couple variety shows back then. It was me trying to be like John Lennon. While the song is mostly about me wanting peace a few of the lines are about a woman (no one in particular). I did not notice it back then, but when I read some of my older lyrics, I did that a lot in my older songs, but peace and love do seem to go together.

lyrics

Some people call me the dreamer
But isn't that what life's about
Dreaming about finding that right girl
Or maybe bringing peace about
You could call me the dreamer
But I think we could save this world with love

Some people call me the dreamer
But isn't that the way things go
Dreaming about life
Tell me what you know
You could call me the dreamer
But I think we could save this world with love

Some people call me the dreamer
cause I'm always dreaming about something new
What do I dream about now?
Maybe just being with you
You could call me the dreamer
But I think we could save this world with love

You could call me the dreamer
But I think we could save this world with love
